Felsted provides its parents with a variety of clubs and activities to get involved with. These sessions are a great way to make new friends within the Felsted community, keep fit and have lots of fun! For more information please see below.

New Mandarin Lessons for Parents (Beginners Welcome)
Friday 8:30 - 9:30am - Term Time Only
We are a friendly group of Parents with a new teacher, Liz Huang from Hangzhou, China, learning beginner's Mandarin. All Parents' are welcome to join this enthusiastic group.
Ladies Morning Tennis
Ladies, do you want to learn a new sport? Do you want to improve your fitness? Or want to meet new friends?
Even if you have never played tennis before and are a total beginner why not come along to Ladies Morning Tennis? We play on Wednesdays during term time at the Prep School tennis courts next to the Roed Sports Hall. Play starts at about 9am and finishes at 10.30am. We then retire to the dining room for tea, coffee and biscuits and a chat!! Sessions are £8 each.
The Parents’ Steel Band
Felsted Parents' Steel Band has been up and running for six years. It is a fun opportunity to learn a new instrument without the pressure of practising every day. We share a laugh, and drink our coffee over a Steel Pan every Tuesday morning, which sets us all in good spirits for the day ahead. No experience necessary, although knowledge of the alphabet up to the letter G and an ability to count to 4 is an advantage! I will make sure you have instant musical success in week 1 and promise an enjoyable learning experience.
Hear us perform at school events alongside our children - come and shake a tambourine with us. The band is currently full, but I do have a waiting list. Please do contact me if you would like to join us when a space becomes available, rlc@felstedprep.org (Rachel Clarke).
