Architect named in Forbes ‘Top 30 Under 30’  

Architect OF Philip Goodman (fac 02-09) who runs his own property and investment business, URECO Property, has been named in Forbes magazine’s top ‘30 Under 30’ for finance in Europe. 
Philip founded URECO in 2018 to improve the way people invest in property, offering ethical joint venture approach to investment. Since then, the firm has grown to a team of 20 and invested more than £10m. He is responsible for the strategic development of the business.
After graduating top of his class in Architecture at the Rennie Mackintosh School of Architecture, Glasgow University, Philip joined one of the world’s leading architectural firms, Foster + Partners. During his residency, he worked on several international projects including the Stirling Prize winning Bloomberg Building in London. Philip has previously worked in the Middle-East and the USA, and continues to lecture in the latter.
