Since the beginning of the Autumn term pupils have been returning to the squash courts with great enthusiasm in both schools. We have continued to provide the opportunity for pupils to play in line with the Covid-19 protocols defined by the School and England Squash.

This has been challenging at times but 70 pupils have been playing and training at least once a week in their year group bubbles during PE, Games, Activities and 1:1 coaching and match practice sessions.

We have provided competitive opportunities with the continuation of our internal leagues, of which we currently have 12 in action, and participation in the Felsted Olympics.  Pupils continue to be monitored and their skill levels assessed using the 'Off The Wall Squash' Skill Level Awards Scheme.

This term so far 17 pupils have passed these assessments from levels 1-6 with Artuo (Yr 10), Freddie (Yr 7) & Christopher (Yr 7) achieving the top grade.
