Charlie K's Karting Championship Success

Charlie K has become the SKRC Honda Cadet 2022 Champion! This Go-Karting championship involved 10 races at the Shenington track over the course of the year. Charlie had a podium finish for 7 of those rounds and is the first driver to go from a Novice to Champion in one year. He will receive his official trophy at an awards ceremony in January. Charlie is also the new lap record holder at SKRC. Well done on these outstanding achievements and for the dedication and hard work you have put into your karting this year! 
 
As a result of these successes, Charlie has been invited to join the new Mini Max Rotax Class which will give him the opportunity to progress further. He will have the opportunity to compete at an international level on his international racing licence as well as in the British Championships again. He is currently testing a new kart and his first race will be in January, followed by almost 50 further races next year.

Will A's Successful First Year of Karting
 

After what has been an incredible first year in Karting, Will A will be driving Junior Max with the 'Synergy Racing Development Factory Team' for 2023.

Although he is unable to compete until his 12th birthday, he will complete a winter testing and development programme with the team before entering into some ‘wildcard’ British Championship rounds for 2023.

The aim is to then fight for the British Championship title in 2024.
