Physics and Engineering Society - Astronomy

With fingers crossed and warm coats at the ready the Physics and Engineering Society waited until darkness descended with the hope of viewing Jupiter and Mars. Saul C, Toby C, Rocco G, Jess W and Shesh AJ waited patiently outside the Science department. The crossing of fingers worked and the skies cleared and Jupiter came into view and we managed a few amateur pictures of Jupiter and two of the moons. We then focused our attention on Mars and managed to get some great views before the clouds came back and blocked our view. A great evening of astronomy for the Physics and Engineering Society.
