On Sunday 19 March, the Chapel Choir sang for the 10am service of Sung Mass at St Mary's, Bocking. This was a special service for Mothering Sunday but also came at the end of a weekend of space related activities at the church; as a result there was a suitably solar theme to the service. The Chapel Choir lead the congregational singing, sang a Mass setting and Alan Bullard's 'Song to the Moon' as the anthem. The choir were on top form and sounded fantastic. Around 150 people attended the service in the congregation and there was lots of appreciative comments and positive feedback. 

It is always a joy to sing for services within the local community. Looking ahead to next term, the Chapel Choir will be singing at St Peter's and St Paul's Church, Black Notley, on Sunday 21 May at 9:30am.
