Our Year 3 and 4 pupils in the Prep School are currently studying different instruments of the orchestra in their classroom music lessons. The pupils are learning about orchestral families, the way instruments work and other interesting facts.

To help deepen their understanding further, Music Scholars in the Senior School are busily creating short videos showcasing their instruments by sharing their expertise and playing short examples of music.

This week, Sana A-J delivered a percussion lesson to Year 3 to help them discover the differences between tuned and untuned percussion instruments. Over the coming weeks, more student teachers will be sharing their talents with younger members of the Felsted family.
