The L6 cast of ‘Treasure Island’ recently participated in combat training under the superb coaching of Bret Yount.  

Bret is a professional stage combat choreographer and usually works with productions in London and all over the UK; when he is not working in theatre, he teaches stage combat at RADA.  

Our Felstedians were energetic and enthusiastic in their approach to Bret’s instruction and by the end of the session they had successfully choreographed a full scale brawl in readiness for a pirate fight in Act I of their forthcoming production.  

Bret will soon return to work with the Yr 10 cast for some knife and sword fights, we look forward to working with him again!
