Part Song and House Singing

The long awaited House Singing Competition finally took place on Thursday 10 February. The event is made up of two individual Part Song and Unison Song competitions and then an overall winner of the House Singing Competition. We welcomed Mr Tom Dunnett to adjudicate the competition and we enjoyed his positive vibes as he gave his considered feedback to all the houses.

The Part Song competition kicked off proceedings with strong performances from all the houses. In the Lower School Competition, in third place was Stocks’s, second place Follyfield and Mont’s came first. Windsor’s won the Upper Sixth competition.

Later in the evening, the whole school gathered excitedly in the LRH for the Unison Song Competition. We enjoyed powerful, energetic performances from all the houses but ultimately Stocks’s were crowned victorious in the Lower School competition, with Thorne placed second and Mont’s came third. Windsor’s won the Upper Sixth competition.
