Art Creativity During Lockdown

Art Creativity During Lockdown

There have been some incredible examples of lockdown art sent in from all ages. Here are a couple of great examples from the past couple of weeks:

Jemima W in Year 11 has started the Pre A-Level preparation course and we've been revisiting the basic elements such as line, tone, pattern, colour. In her lovely watercolour painting here you can see she has used colour very effectively to create a realistic strawberry!

Poppy H in Year 9 has been experimenting with land art, inspired by artist Andy Goldsworthy who works with nature.

Natalie O in Year 9 has also been working with nature, in this picture you can see her 'ephemeral art' ice sculpture with frozen flowers.
