Jude L (Year 13) and Amelie L (Year 10) are delighted to learn that their recent auditions for the British Youth Music Theatre were successful.
 

Amelie, a Drama Scholar, auditioned with a self tape at the first stage and was invited to the next stage in London in February.  Amelie will now join the company in Halifax at Easter for a residential course resulting in a production at the end of the fortnight. Amelie recently performed in the Year 9 and 10 play 'Ruckus in the Garden'.

Meanwhile Jude, an U6th Performing Arts Scholar, has been invited to join the company and work on ‘Breadboy’ with them in Belfast in July. This award recognises his exceptional Music and Acting talent.  Recently he played Freddie in the School Production of ‘My Fair Lady’ and sang with the Senior Choir at St Mary’s Bocking.
