Marlene Staelin achieved her offer to study Dentistry at Semmelweis University in Hungary. A full boarder from Hamburg, Marlene joined Felsted in Year 10 and went on to study the IB Diploma due to the variety of options and subjects. It was through the IB at Felsted that Marlene realised her interest for Biology, which has encouraged her to continue with the natural sciences and study dentistry. Marlene has embraced many opportunities at Felsted, becoming a Peer Counsellor and Language Ambassador.

She comments; “To me, Felsted is a very special place where I have learned many things about myself. It has been an unforgettable experience with great friends and teachers. I especially loved the boarding aspect and I am very thankful for the memories, experiences and everything that came with it.”
