Cameron Ambrose has secured the next step in his dream to become a watchmaker, as he takes up his place to read Horology at Birmingham City University, the only university in the UK to offer this course. Cameron's passion for watches started at an early age when he became interested in the designing and processes of developing the intricate mechanisms of a luxury watch, and his desire to follow a career path in this field was cemented by a recent visit to Baselworld, the international watch show. 

Cameron joined Felsted in Year 10 and has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Felsted, particularly in the dedicated Design Technology workshops and playing cricket and football for the school teams. He achieved very credible AAC grades in Business Studies, Design Technology and Geography respectively.
