Thorne held their House Feast on 1 March, and I think it is safe to say it was a flying success. The girls presented emotional ‘Oscars’ to each other throughout the night, there was not a dry eye in the house! 

With a record number of parents in attendance, we truly got to celebrate the individual, international heart of Thorne. We also raised money for our house Charity, AA Dogs Trust, for which we raised over £200.

Special thanks to Hanna Pircher, who opened with a beautiful piano piece, which alone had many girls and parents crying, Darina Mironova, for her thought-provoking conceptual dance, Nina Boogaard and Jolie Himi, for their angelic singing, and finally Izzy Hendricks for her moving reading of a poem she felt close to Thorne. Thanks for all the girls is in order for making this such a special night, one we will all remember for years to come.
