The final of The Great Felsted Bake Off took place in June 2019. The bakers were judged on creativity, taste, presentation and organisation. They had to make a Swiss Roll and Cheese Straws.

The standard was incredibly high and a huge well done to all the talented bakers Ellie, Jemima, Danielle, Sienna, Kane and Hannah. 

I am pleased to report that there were no soggy bottoms! A big thank you to Mr James, Miss Pordham and Mrs Hepburn who had the very difficult task of judging.

Congratulations to all of you and in particular to Kane and Hannah who were declared the winners.
