Andrew Hawkins is the Executive Chairman of Savanta ComRes - a leading research consultancy specialising in Public Policy and Market Research. With global offices in London, Brussels and Shanghai they regularly carry out opinion polls for the BBC, national/international newspapers and major companies.  In other words, there is no one with their ‘finger more on the pulse’ than Andrew and his team!
