Following the end of their formal academic journey at Felsted, the Upper Sixth Spanish IB Ab Initio (beginners) group decided that they wanted to produce some bilingual texts with a view to selling these to raise money for charity.

Touching on the Round Square pillars of Internationalism, Service and Democracy (having to decide and agree on recipes and a storyline!), they have produced a bilingual Cookbook, with a bilingual story for children to follow shortly.
 

 
After the May half term, the Spanish IB Ab Initio Bilingual Cookbook 2021 will be available to purchase for £5 both in the Prep and the Senior School. Angelica and Janna from the class are also on the Charity Team and they will organise and manage the sales.

This publication serves three purposes.  Firstly it is a pooling of food ideas from the two nationalities which form this Spanish class, as part of the end of year enrichment programme.  Secondly, (and more importantly), the proceeds from the sales will go to support the amazing work of YoungMinds, a charity supporting the mental health of children and young people.  Finally it is hoped that
