The Strength of Our Community
As we reach the end of this half term, we want to take a moment to reflect on the values that continue to shape daily life at Felsted. Over the past few weeks, we have spoken often about kindness, respect, and the importance of looking after one another, and it has been heartening to see how strongly our pupils, staff and families have embraced these messages.

Members of our community regularly remind us how central kindness is to the Felsted experience. It is not simply something we talk about; it is something we expect, model and celebrate. This week, we have been reinforcing the importance of respect, tolerance and active good behaviour from every member of our community. These values underpin the culture we are proud of and they help ensure that Felsted remains a place where everyone feels safe, supported and able to flourish.
We can all play our part in promoting the school’s reputation; pupils, staff and families alike. After Half Term, we will be speaking again to pupils about what it means to represent Felsted well, not only on-site but in the Felsted village, at away fixtures and in the way they manage their digital footprint. These conversations are part of our ongoing commitment to helping young people grow into responsible, thoughtful and considerate citizens.
As we head into Half Term, we wish every member of the Felsted Family a restful break. Please take time to pause, recharge and enjoy time together. There are busy and exciting weeks ahead and we look forward to returning refreshed and ready for all that the remainder of the Summer Term will bring.
