Sporting Spirit, and Celebrations Ahead

With the end of term now in sight, we are entering one of the most vibrant and uplifting periods in the Felsted calendar.  There is still so much to look forward to as we continue to come together for concerts, sporting fixtures, House Feasts, and of course our much‑anticipated end‑of‑year celebrations and Prize Giving ceremonies.

The end of term also marks the beginning of another full and vibrant International Summer School here at Felsted. We will be welcoming students from all over the world to experience life at Felsted and to join our community for a rich 4 week programme of English language lessons, global studies, sport, creative activities and a packed excursion schedule, including visits to London and Cambridge. 

The summer holiday will also provide us with the opportunity to carry out essential maintenance, improvements and new‑build projects across the site as we continue to invest in our facilities. One of the most exciting projects is our new Athletic Development Centre, currently being built next to the existing sports hall and gym. This state‑of‑the‑art facility will open for pupils in September and reaffirms our commitment to sport, providing industry‑leading strength and conditioning equipment and spaces, as we move into an exciting new era for sport at Felsted.

With the weather set to improve over the coming weeks, we are looking forward to the many opportunities our pupils will have to continue their sporting programme. Sports Day remains a highlight of the calendar, alongside a full fixture list for cricket, tennis and athletics. These events not only showcase talent and teamwork, but also celebrate the joy and energy that make the Summer Term at Felsted so unique.

As we head into these final weeks, we look forward to celebrating achievements, strengthening friendships and enjoying the many moments that bring our #FelstedFamily together.
