Chevs' Workout (Yrs 7-11) 3

Before you start make sure that you complete a 5-10 mins warm up of your choice.

Round 1

20 x burpees

10 secs rest

20 x star jumps

10 secs rest

20 x jumping lunges (10 each leg)

10 secs rest

20 x high knees (fast)

10 secs rest

Repeat above 3 times - rest for 60 secs between sets
 

Round 2

20 x squat thrusts

10 secs rest

20 x high knees (fast)

10 secs rest

20 x jumps for distance

10 secs rest

20 x mountain climbers

10 secs rest

Repeat above 3 times - rest for 60 secs between sets
 

Round 3

20 x press-ups

10 secs rest

20 x burpees

10 secs rest

20 x jumping squats

10 secs rest

20 x plank shoulder touches

10 secs rest

Repeat above 3 times - rest for 60 secs between sets
