For this session you will start with the first exercise, then you will pick up the next exercise on the list and so on. This means each time you will be adding another exercise until you have completed the last set of 10 exercises in a row.
The best thing is to write out the list of exercises so you check which one is next to complete. There is limited rest in this session, so aim to complete this as quickly as possible!
Before you start make sure that you complete a 5-10 mins warmup of your choice.
10 x press ups
10 x sit ups - full range
10 x squat jumps
10 x close grip press ups - if you can’t do them complete normal ones
10 x v-sit ups
10 x lunges - alternating
10 x burpees - please make sure your chest touches the floor
10 x mountain climbers
10 x knee to chest jumps
