In the first half of the Autumn Term, some of our Year 7 pupils were entered for the World Class Mathematics Tests. We were delighted to receive the results this week and congratulations to Jake, Felix, Hector, Dalen, Petra and Lewis who all received Distinctions in these challenging assessments
World Class Arena is an international initiative designed to identify and assess very able pupils around the world. It was devised by the British government Department for Education and Skills (DfES), and World Class Arena items have been used by teachers and students in the UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the US. At the heart of World Class Arena are World Class Tests in mathematics and problem solving aimed at the upper primary and lower secondary.
