We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of the key dates and times for our start‑of‑term programme.

LEAP Week commences: Wednesday 26 August
Years Pre Reception - 8:

15:00 New pupils in Year 3 - Year 8 meet Tutors and Boarding House staff
17:30 Full and Weekly Boarders meet Boarding House Team
18:00 Full and Weekly Boarders' Supper
Wednesday, 2 September 2026
08:00 - 08:20 Day Pupils return - where possible, please stick to the staggered times:
- Pre-Prep - from 08:00
- Junior Prep - Year 3 & 4: 8.00 - 8.10; Years 5 & 6: 08.10 - 8.20
- Year 7: 08:00 - 08:10, Year 8: 08:10 - 08:20
11:30 Reception children early finish
15:20 Activities Programme begins for Year 1- Year 8, including Woodlanders
Years 9 - Upper Sixth:
Tuesday, 1 September 2026:
14:00-14:30: L6 Students and Parents arrive (at houses, school uniform)
15:00: Head’s Welcome Talk for L6 Students and Parents (GH)
15:00-15:30: Year 9 Pupils and Parents arrive (at houses, school uniform)
16:00: Head’s Welcome Talk for Year 9 Pupils and Parents (GH)
17:00-17:30: Years 10 and 11 Pupils and Parents arrive (at houses, smart casual)
17:45: Head’s Welcome Talk for Years 10 and 11 Pupils and Parents (GH)
18:00-18:30: U6 Students and Parents arrive (at houses, smart casual)
18:45: Head’s Welcome Talk for U6 Students and Parents (GH)
Wednesday, 2 September 2026:
08:15 Day pupils (and those who did not board on Tuesday night) return for beginning of the Autumn Term
