As part of Felsted’s Year 6 Passport Programme, pupils have begun work on the national "Fiver Challenge". 

This competition is designed to test and strengthen the children's independence as mathematicians, by placing them in the roles of young entrepreneurs! With the promise of a Five pound investment, Year 6 have taken keenly to the task; first, carefully, deciding upon an initial business plan and then designing a corporate logo for their product. 
 

The attitude of the children and the perseverance they have shown this week has been superb, and we are all looking forward to seeing their businesses grow as the competition unfolds.
