Felsted pupils have plenty to celebrate in their GCSE exam results this summer, with almost 40% of all entries graded 9 - 7 (A*/A). More than half of all grades were 7 or above (A*/A) in a range of subjects including Art, Biology, Drama, German, Latin, Chemistry, German and TEP.

These grades follow excellent results in this year’s A Levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
“This year’s cohort has delivered some very impressive results, and I am incredibly proud of them all” comments Felsted Head, Chris Townsend. “These outcomes are the product of a combined effort from our dedicated teachers, the commitment and support of parents, but above all, the students’ hard work and determination. I look forward to seeing their successes continue at Felsted.”
Among Felsted’s top performers is Music and Drama Scholar Eva C. Eva will be staying at Felsted Sixth Form and was delighted with her results, commenting “I’m excited to be taking A Levels in Drama, Spanish and German and I then hope to go on and read Musical Theatre or Modern Foreign Languages at University.”
Another top performer Daniel S will also be staying at Felsted and opting for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Daniel comments: “I've enjoyed all the opportunities I have had so far and looking forward to making new friends and mixing with the new international pupils.”
