The most outstanding institutions that the independent sector has to offer have been recognised in the shortlist for the 2021 Tes Independent School Awards.
It's been revealed that Felsted School has been shortlisted for the ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year Award’, for its excellent marketing communications throughout 2020.
Tes editor Jon Severs said: “After a difficult year for all schools, it is an honour to celebrate the Tes Independent School awards, not only to celebrate excellent practice but to ensure that practice is shared far and wide. We received an unparalleled number of entries this year, which is testament to the great work all have done during the pandemic. The schools that have been shortlisted should be proud - it's a remarkable achievement"
Headmaster, Chris Townsend, comments, “I am really proud of what our small marketing team has been able to achieve during a really tough market climate. Felsted is one of only eight schools shortlisted for this award from thousands of independent schools from around the world, so it is a big achievement.”
Sophy Walker, Director of Marketing, comments; “In the most challenging of times, and all working from home in isolation the majority of the time, our small team of three have worked creatively to produce the most outstanding of digital communications for our current and prospective families. We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the third time by TES.”
The TES awards night will not be in person this year as is normally planned. For the very first time, Tes Independent School Awards winners will be announced at a virtual ceremony on Friday 30 April 2021.
