Congratulations to Amber Aitken, Yr 12, who has been accepted for three career insight opportunities.

The first is this July at Morgan Stanley, on their 'Step in Step Up', programme. Amber found out about this programme at the Careers Fair held here last term, thanks to a parent who attended from Morgan Stanley. She applied online, submitting a detailed reference and CV.

Amber has also been accepted to join a one week United Nations Programme in Geneva this October half term, where she will have a unique opportunity to gain firsthand work experience of the UN and associated human rights organisations. Again she had to apply online, submitting a detailed CV and a school reference. She found out about this by following our careers twitter newsfeed @FelstedCHE.

In addition, after meeting a parent at The Felsted Finance Network evening held in the City last term, she actively followed up with a parent to secure some work experience in the insurance industry this summer.

This is a great example of one of our students using the events we have hosted and information we share to find out more about future career opportunities.
