Key Stage 2 (Ages 7-11)

An Enriched Curriculum (Years 3 & 4)

Key Stage 2 begins in Years 3 & 4 (ages 7-9) where a caring environment enables your child to grow in confidence, explore, discover and develop as an individual whilst being part of the school community.

In lessons we aim to help the children become more independent in their learning, whilst giving them the support they need to achieve their personal best.

Challenge and Stimulation (Years 5 & 6)

As they move into Years 5 & 6 (ages 9-11), your child’s lessons will all be with subject specialists, enabling a greater depth of study. The broad curriculum continues, along with a wider range of trips and experiences to stimulate learning.

Learning Support is on hand for those who need extra help and stretch and challenge opportunities are available for all to enjoy. Dedicated Form Tutors get to know each child very well during tutor time, monitoring all round progress and well-being.
