Global Studies Summer 2020

The decision to cancel Felsted International Summer School on May 1st 2020 was a very difficult one. Having spent the best part of the academic year making plans and provisions as well as recruiting students from all over the world to attend this programme, it was a very sad time for the school. However, this was ultimately the right decision. Our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our students remained an absolute priority, and with that in mind, we wanted to ensure that we could at least provide them with an online opportunity to take part in the programme.

Working with our parents from over 40 countries around the world, the Felsted Team were able to provide both a Global Studies and English Language online course for over 670 students. The course was flexible by design but provided a superb opportunity for our students to connect and to learn together. In addition to our lessons, we also offered virtual excursions and an online yoga course as part of the programme, which the students really enjoyed.

To demonstrate what we were able to provide, and to give you an insight as to what was achieved in the summer of 2020, please see below our course brochure and highlights video.
