In the Autumn Term one year prior to the year of entry, all those registered will be invited to a 'Stay and Play' session designed to give your child a gentle first taste of life in our Early Years setting. 

Once offers have been sent out a deposit will be taken to secure your place for the following September. All information on this will be sent to you via our Admissions teams.

Prior to starting at Felsted our Admissions team will keep in touch with any information you will need. They will also keep you updated with upcoming events and opportunities to meet the teachers prior to starting school.

If your child is joining Year 3 or 4 we will invite them to join us for a taster day in their current year group and they should bring their current school reading book with them. Year 3 applicants will join a Year 2 class and Year 4 applicants will join a Year 3 class. We carry out informal assessments as part of the class activity. Taster days can be arranged on an individual basis and places offered once this process is complete.

We offer an on-site Taster Day in the Spring Term where children will be able to sample a mixture of academic and creative lessons, as well as meeting teachers and fellow pupils.
