PHYSICAL CONDITIONING CLASS

A one hour class comprised of challenging intermittent exercise intervals. You will perform exercises from a wide variety of training methods such as functional, free bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell and sprint intervals. Each training session will be unique and designed to challenge you physically. If you are looking for high intensity interval training at its max, this class is for you.

Time & Day: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday: 09.30 - 10.30
Price: £5.00 per session / Free to members

FIGHTING FIT BOXING

A dynamic class lasting 1 hour. The session will be boxing based while including conditioning and foot work drills alongside circuit training and functional exercises.

Time & Day: Thursday: 19:00 - 20:00
Fee: First class - free to all members / £5 per session
