 Art
Felsted pupils are fortunate to have wonderful facilities to study Art as part of the curriculum, as an extra-curricular activity and a hobby.

All pupils study Art as part of the curriculum in Year 9. They can then choose to study it at GCSE level, then at A Level or as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

All forms of Art are studied, from still life drawings and paintings to ceramics and textiles. Help is always available from experienced and talented art department staff.

Pupils have the opportunity to have their art work displayed around the school and at the Felsted Arts Festival which is held each year. Please take a look at a selection on the student art e-gallery.

“There is plenty of opportunity for pupils to get involved even if they do not study the subject. Extra curricular Art sessions are held during activity time and free time, so pupils can always go and use the facilities.” Jonathan
