1.      Who are you and where are you from?
I am Fran Simm from Erlangen in Germany
 
2.      Why did you come to the UK to be educated?
I heard about the wonderful education system and I wanted to improve my English.
 
3.      Why did you choose Felsted?
I had such a nice and warm welcome and all the people were so friendly and open.
 
4.      What do you enjoy at Felsted?
Being together with all the nice people and all the activities, which are so varied.
 
5.      What are the biggest challenges of being educated in a different country?
The different traditions, the language of course and the integration.
 
6.      Have you found it an easy transition – from school at home to Felsted?
I think because I expected most of these things, it was not too hard.
 
7.      Do you enjoy boarding at Felsted?
Yes I do, because of the friendly environment and the rooms are also very comfortable.
 
8.      What are your plans and ambitions for the future?
Do something with medicine.

9.      Do you plan to stay in the UK after finishing school, or return home?
I do not know yet; it depends on many things.
 
10. What do your parents do? Do you see them often?
They are both doctors and I see them each holiday.
 
11. What advice can you give other International students interested in being educated in the UK?
Try something new as the experience is priceless.
