Community Partnerships
Felsted is committed to building links with partners who can improve the education of its pupils and offer an extended pathway in any particular field. Partnerships currently include:
- Junior Guildhall School of Music: Felsted has a unique partnership whereby talented pupils can study at both Felsted and the Guildhall, providing a clear pathway of excellence to a top music conservatoire. They also run classes at Felsted every Saturday in term time for young local children in the region, giving satellite access to their expertise.
- Saracens and Northampton Saints Rugby: a well established partnership with Felsted, many young rugby players have benefited from these links, a clear pathway that has led many to go on to play for England Youth teams.
- Braintree Hockey Club: Partnering with this top performing local club provides added expertise and fixtures to keen and talented Felsted hockey players. Braintree Hockey club's junior section makes use of Felsted's superior facilities every Sunday morning and Thursday evening for training and some matches during the hockey season.
- London Pulse and Saracens Mavericks Netball: Felsted has close links with Super League Clubs, London Pulse and Saracens Mavericks, with our Head of Netball currently playing for London Pulse and one of our students currently playing for Saracens Mavericks.These links strengthen our netball programme, providing a superior netball pathway for our more talented pupils.
- MCC Hub - The MCC hubs across the UK provide free, professional coaching to talented athletes from state secondary schools. The Felsted Hub for girls' cricket started in 2015, and we've had steady numbers attending since.

- Lord’s Taverners: Felsted is delighted to support the Wicketz programme, a national charity supporting those less fortunate through cricket. Felsted hosts the girls’ Wicketz programme on site in addition to a wonderful residential course each summer.
