Lesley Lee joined Elwyn House in September 2007 with much experience. Lesley has got a huge understanding and knowledge of how boys work, with three boys of her own. She was also Matron at Felsted Preparatory School for 3 years before joining Elwyn’s. This was particularly nice for the year 9 boys of 2007 because they followed Matron up to Elwyn’s. With a familiar member of staff to the house, they found it even easier to settle in.

Lesley is very passionate about Elwyn’s, always pulling out the stops to get things done. She will do everything she can for the boys, and she won’t rest until she is satisfied, making life much more enjoyable for the boys. Matron is much loved in Elwyn’s and we hope her future in the house is a long and happy one.

As well as Elwyn’s, Lesley is involved with the Cub Packs which she has been doing for many years. She lives with her family locally in Panfield.
